Not every NPC visual overhaul is as scrupulous as one might like about only touching FaceGen, and Skyrim is fickle even when they are. As far as I have gone with this mod I have been able to enter Markarth fairly well but I tried to go to Solitude and my game immediately crashes, here's my load order. This mod is one of the bests I've played with, it makes the cities of the holds so much bigger and more lively and interesting, some being remade from scratch, it even adds new NPCs and towns, but, I do wish it was a bit better optimised, I did notice framerate drops when looking at the cities and that's a big shame.
